Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, major events like ADCC or wrestling season), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and carrier rates.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax)

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, reach out to us — we’ll help you out.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO

Yes — we ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.
Rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Email info@neutralzoneclean.com

  2. Include your order number and any photos of the issue

  3. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it ASAP

We are not responsible for items marked “Delivered” by the carrier, but we will always help investigate.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is incorrect and your package is returned, we will reship it after collecting a new shipping fee.
